SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the Coronavirus, shipping time may be longer than usual. However, it will take 2-3 days for your merchandise to ship out (depending on what day/time you make your order). You will receive an email when your merchandise ships out in the mail. 

RETURN POLICY

Creole Treasures prides itself in making quality jewelry that will last.  But we also want our customers to be happy with their purchase and come back for more. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if your purchase is damaged in the shipping process.  You will need to contact the USPS and file a claim.  There will be no returns on items that don't fit (bracelets) as we post the size of each piece, so please measure your wrist to make sure you get the correct size.  If you have a custom made order, full payment must be made in advance and there will be no returns.  If within the first 30 days of purchase, an item breaks, please email me a photo of the damaged jewelry.  If the damage looks to be due to a defect in the making of the jewelry, the customer will be responsible for the shipping of the jewelry back to Creole Treasures where we will fix the damage and return it to you.
